Purgatory. A Dwojniak style Mead (Honey Wine) made with equal parts honey to water. This Mead I made for the Wessels Meadery in Forest Grove was aged in Big Bottom Whisky barrels for a year and a half. The uncorking is this Wednesday at the ABV Public House in Hillsboro Oregon. This is the finest commercial Honey Wine I have ever made.
