I just wanted to give an advance notice that I will be teaching a Mead class (beginning to advance) at the new, mainbrew.com - super fermentation store (Portland Oregon metro area). I will be giving details of the time in the near future. We will be covering some secrets that I haven't even posted on traditionalmead.com. The class will end with a Mead tasting.
